Good news! The hen parties and pamper parties are officially back on the road! More updates to follow but we are delighted to be able to offer these to you across Manchester and the surrounding areas. Here are some commonly asked questions regarding hen parties people often ask me…….
How do they work? As pamper guests you can choose from the various packages on the pamper/hen party menu choosing the time you would like and the treatment. The most popular treatments are massage, facials and Indian head massage. Once all your guests have chosen their service, email the list over to me and we can put together a working schedule for you.
Whats included in the price? Guests will often ask what is included in the price and this is inclusive of your chosen treatments booked, our set up time….remember we are setting up in your accommodation so it may take us a little time to create our pop up spa! Travel costs, are included such as petrol etc…. and materials. All of our beauty and holistic therapists are fully insured and registered.
(If your booking is in Manchester City centre it is important to note we may add a parking fee charge on to your final invoice)
What do I need to prepare? You and your guests will simply need to make sure you make plenty of space for us to set up our treatment beds and all guests will need to supply one towel per person for larger bookings. We do provide music but soft music is always a good plan in advance. We bring candles but some guests like to be organised so please speak to me if you require any hints or advice regarding your set up! 
What is the cancellation policy? All large bookings will require a 25% deposit upon booking which is non refundable. Please be aware that if our therapists arrive on site they may have travelled a long distance to come to you so please do let us know before we arrive, with 24 hours notice if you do not wish to go ahead with your appointment slot.
What should I wear? Comfy clothes or some hens like to wear pyjamas!
How long do you need to set up? Usually we require around 30 mins set up and close down time either side of the booking (included in the price) We do not like to leave a mess! This is always useful to know for those hens who have plans either side of the pamper which is a common occurrence as most of you have jam packed schedules and are on the go!
